Aaron Steinberg, widely known by his nickname “Steiny,” is an American internet personality, podcast host, producer, and content creator who became recognizable through his association with the NELK Boys and the Full Send media ecosystem. Unlike many social-media personalities who started by building independent channels, Steinberg rose to prominence through a different route. He initially worked behind the scenes before gradually becoming on camera.
Today, Aaron Steinberg is best known for the Full Send Podcast, NELK content, One Night with Steiny, and Full Send Golf. His energetic personality and conversational style have helped him move from an assistant working around established creators to a recognizable figure in internet entertainment.
Despite his growing online profile, several details about Steinberg’s private life—including his exact age and finances—are not reliably documented. This has led to considerable speculation online.
Here is a closer look at Aaron Steinberg, including his background, career beginnings, NELK connection, Full Send involvement, family, podcasting career, and life as Steiny.
Who Is Aaron Steinberg?
Aaron Steinberg is an American digital-media personality better known online as Steiny. He has built his following primarily through podcasts, YouTube entertainment, interviews, and his connection to the NELK and Full Send brands.
IMDb identifies “Steiny” as an alternative name for Aaron Steinberg and credits him as both an actor and producer. His documented credits include Nelk Boys, One Night with Steiny, Full Send Golf, and Salim the Dream.
Rather than entering entertainment through conventional television or film, Steinberg developed his public profile in the creator economy. His career demonstrates how people working behind the scenes of major internet channels can eventually become recognizable personalities themselves.
His nickname has become particularly important to his public identity. Many viewers who recognize “Steiny” from NELK or Full Send content may not immediately know that his full name is Aaron Steinberg.
Aaron Steinberg Early Life and Background
Compared with his online career, reliable information about Aaron Steinberg’s childhood and early education remains relatively limited.
Steinberg has discussed growing up in Denver, Colorado. A 2022 episode of the Money Buys Happiness podcast featuring him describes his upbringing in Denver, organizing poker games after high school, his college experiences, and his eventual move to Los Angeles.
Those experiences are interesting when considering his later career. Los Angeles has long served as a center for entertainment and, increasingly, influencer-driven media. Moving there placed Steinberg closer to creators and personalities involved in the rapidly expanding online entertainment industry.
However, readers should be cautious about highly specific claims regarding his childhood, education, and early personal life. Many online biography pages repeat information without providing strong primary documentation.
How Aaron Steinberg Became Steiny
Aaron Steinberg’s nickname, Steiny, eventually became almost as recognizable as his actual name.
Instead of immediately entering the spotlight as a host, Steinberg’s early career involved working behind the scenes with other internet personalities.
One of the most important figures in this stage of his career was Stephen Deleonardis, better known online as SteveWillDoIt.
Steinberg worked as SteveWillDoIt’s assistant during his earlier involvement with the creator circle surrounding NELK and Full Send. His experience as an assistant and his later relationship with Steve became major topics when Steinberg appeared on the Money Buys Happiness podcast in September 2022.
Working around successful creators gave Steinberg direct exposure to the production and business environment surrounding large-scale internet entertainment.
Eventually, however, he moved from behind-the-scenes work to appearing in the content himself.
Aaron Steinberg and the NELK Boys
Aaron Steinberg’s association with NELK became a major factor in his public recognition.
NELK built a massive online following through personality-driven entertainment and later expanded through the broader Full Send brand.
Steinberg increasingly appeared within that entertainment environment instead of simply working behind the camera.
IMDb documents Aaron Steinberg appearing as Steiny in numerous Nelk Boys episodes between 2020 and 2024. One individual 2023 episode, for example, explicitly credits Aaron Steinberg as Steiny.
His presence on NELK introduced him to a much larger audience.
Over time, viewers became familiar with his personality, opinions, humor, conversations, and interactions with other members of the group.
This created an unusual career transition: the assistant was gradually becoming part of the entertainment.
Aaron Steinberg and the Full Send Podcast
Podcasting became another major component of Aaron Steinberg’s career.
The Full Send Podcast launched in 2021 and became an important part of the wider Full Send media operation.
IMDbPro’s listing for the show credits Steinberg in dozens of episodes in roles including host, co-host, guest host, and guest.
Podcasting gave Steiny a different platform from traditional NELK videos.
Rather than appearing primarily in fast-paced entertainment content, podcasts let him join longer conversations with celebrities, athletes, entrepreneurs, internet personalities, and other notable guests.
His role as a podcast personality also demonstrated that his career was becoming increasingly independent from his original assistant position.
Aaron Steinberg was no longer simply helping other creators make content. He was becoming someone audiences watched.
One Night with Steiny
One of the clearest examples of Aaron Steinberg developing his own identity is One Night with Steiny.
The project puts his nickname in the title, making Steinberg the central personality rather than just another member of a larger group.
IMDb lists One Night with Steiny among the projects Aaron Steinberg is best known for and credits him as a producer on the 2023 series.
An episode featuring Kyle Forgeard, Breckie Hill, Katie Sigmond, and Sara Saffari also credits Steinberg as the host.
The project represented an important stage in his career.
There is a big difference between becoming popular because of appearances alongside established creators and building entertainment around your own personality. One Night with Steiny allowed Steinberg to develop the latter.
It also strengthened “Steiny” as a recognizable standalone brand.
Aaron Steinberg and Full Send Golf
Aaron Steinberg has expanded beyond conventional podcast and NELK appearances.
IMDb credits him as Steiny in the 2024 television series Full Send Golf, where he appeared in multiple episodes.
Sports-related entertainment fits naturally within the broader Full Send ecosystem, which frequently mixes internet personalities, celebrities, sports, lifestyle content, and entertainment.
Steinberg’s involvement shows how his role has expanded across multiple formats instead of staying tied to a single podcast.
Aaron Steinberg and Poker
Poker has also become associated with Aaron Steinberg’s public persona.
His interest appears to go back much further than his current internet fame. The description of his 2022 Money Buys Happiness interview notes that Steinberg discusses high-stakes poker games from his younger years.
More recently, poker has intersected with his entertainment career. Steinberg has also appeared in celebrity poker and poker-related entertainment, giving audiences another place outside conventional podcasting to encounter the Steiny persona.
This combination makes sense within modern creator culture, where personalities often work across several entertainment categories instead of maintaining one narrowly defined profession.
Aaron Steinberg Father
One family detail about Aaron Steinberg has been documented more consistently than most aspects of his private life.
His father is Harvey Steinberg.
IMDb identifies Harvey Steinberg as Aaron Steinberg’s parent.
Harvey Steinberg is known professionally as an attorney, but Aaron has built his career primarily in digital entertainment rather than following the same path.
Information about Aaron’s wider family should be treated carefully because considerably less reliable documentation is publicly available.
How Old Is Aaron Steinberg?
Aaron Steinberg’s age shows why celebrity-biography information should be carefully verified before publication.
Various online websites provide birthdays, ages, or birth-year claims for Steiny, but authoritative documentation does not consistently support these details.
Consequently, it is safer to say that Aaron Steinberg’s exact birth year and age have not been reliably established through strong public sources rather than presenting an uncertain number as fact.
This distinction matters because multiple people share the name Aaron Steinberg, increasing the chance that information from different individuals can get mixed up.
Aaron Steinberg’s Personal Life
Although Aaron Steinberg discusses personal topics as part of his entertainment career, reliable information about his private romantic life remains relatively limited.
As with many internet personalities, social-media appearances, jokes, podcast conversations, and entertainment storylines can easily lead to speculation about relationships.
That does not necessarily mean those claims accurately describe someone’s private life.
For this reason, claims about Steinberg’s girlfriend, marriage, or current relationship status should only be presented when supported by direct statements or trustworthy reporting.
His public identity is much more clearly documented through his professional activities with NELK, Full Send, podcasting, and entertainment projects.
Aaron Steinberg Net Worth
Another popular search is Aaron Steinberg net worth.
Numerous websites offer estimates, but no authoritative public financial disclosure establishes exactly how much Steinberg is worth.
This makes precise numbers difficult to verify.
His career could potentially generate income through several avenues, including podcasting, content production, appearances, social-media collaborations, and other creator-related activities.
However, revenue generated by a show or company should not automatically be treated as Steinberg’s personal income or wealth.
Therefore, the most accurate conclusion is that Aaron Steinberg’s exact net worth is not publicly confirmed.
Treat online estimates as speculation, not verified financial information.
Why Aaron Steinberg Became Popular
Aaron Steinberg’s popularity is interesting because he did not follow the standard influencer formula.
He didn’t simply create an independent channel and become famous overnight.
Instead, his career developed through proximity to established creators, behind-the-scenes work, recurring appearances, podcasting, and eventually projects centered around his own personality.
Several factors contributed to his rise.
His association with SteveWillDoIt gave him early exposure to a major creator audience. His appearances with NELK expanded that visibility. The Full Send Podcast helped audiences get to know his conversational personality, while One Night with Steiny gave him a platform centered more directly on himself.
This gradual progression turned “Steiny” into a recognizable internet identity.
Aaron Steinberg Career in Digital Entertainment
Steinberg’s career reflects a broader transformation happening within modern entertainment.
Traditional entertainment once maintained relatively clear distinctions between stars, producers, assistants, interviewers, and crew members.
Social media has blurred those boundaries.
Someone who begins behind the camera can become an on-camera character. A producer can become a host. An assistant can develop an audience of his own.
Aaron Steinberg’s career is a strong example of that transition.
His experience shows how personality can become an important professional asset in creator-driven entertainment. Audiences don’t necessarily follow people because they are traditional actors or television presenters. They may follow them because they find their reactions, conversations, friendships, disagreements, or humor entertaining.
Steiny has built much of his public identity around precisely this type of personality-driven media.
What Is Aaron Steinberg Doing Now?
Aaron Steinberg remains best associated with online entertainment, podcasting, Full Send, NELK-related media, poker-related appearances, and his identity as Steiny.
His transition from behind-the-scenes assistant to host and producer is arguably the most important theme of his career so far.
Whether his future lies primarily with Full Send or increasingly with projects carrying his own name remains to be seen.
However, One Night with Steiny demonstrated his ability to move toward a more independent entertainment identity.
As creator-led media continues to compete with traditional television, personalities who can move between podcasts, social media, sports entertainment, interviews, and live events have more opportunities than ever to develop long-term careers.
Aaron Steinberg Public Image
Steiny’s personality has also generated mixed reactions from audiences.
His outspoken, energetic approach can be part of his appeal, but it can also attract criticism. A 2023 HipHopCanada piece, for example, discussed the significant criticism he had received from some NELK viewers while simultaneously acknowledging his prominent position on the Full Send Podcast.
That polarization is not necessarily unusual in personality-driven internet entertainment.
Creators who attract strong reactions—positive or negative—often become recurring subjects of online discussion.
In Steinberg’s case, this visibility has helped make him one of the recognizable personalities associated with the wider Full Send world.
Conclusion
Aaron Steinberg, better known as Steiny, has built an unconventional career in the modern creator economy. Beginning with behind-the-scenes work and an assistant role connected with SteveWillDoIt, he gradually moved in front of the camera and became closely associated with NELK and Full Send.
His appearances in Nelk Boys, his involvement with the Full Send Podcast, his role in Full Send Golf, and especially his One Night with Steiny project show how much his career has evolved. IMDb now credits him as both an actor and producer, while his nickname, Steiny, has become a recognizable online identity.
At the same time, we can only say so much reliably about his personal life. His exact age and net worth, for example, should not be treated as facts based solely on estimates circulated by celebrity websites.
What is much clearer is Aaron Steinberg’s professional evolution. He went from working around successful internet creators to becoming a recognizable content personality himself. His story reflects the changing nature of digital entertainment, where the people behind the camera can eventually become just as much a part of the content as the creators they originally worked alongside.
